This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Reset, Sis™, It’s Stephanie, Sis™, and all related products and services provided by Tigris 8 LLC.

1. Digital Product Acknowledgment

By purchasing Reset, Sis™, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital educational content.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final except as expressly outlined in this policy.

2. 14-Day Limited Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

After 14 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Tigris 8 LLC and may be denied if any of the following conditions apply:

• A substantial portion of the program has been accessed or completed
• Content has been downloaded, copied, or shared
• There is evidence of excessive use inconsistent with a trial evaluation
• The request is made after the 14-day period

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Requests made after 14 days from purchase
• Completion or significant consumption of program materials
• Account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of content
• Failure to achieve desired results or outcomes

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy:

• Your access to the program may be terminated immediately
• You may be restricted from future purchases
• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover associated costs

6. Refund Process
